 Lachlan designed the granny flat to fit his block space but he also wanted a layout that featured a larger master bedroom design. With the shape of the block and its proximity to the main road providing a bit of a challenge, his floor plan skilfully overcame the obstacle. In fact we were so pleased with his proposed design and how it utilised the available space, we even bought the design IP from him, so keep an eye out for more builds like this!
 

 

From the outside, the interplay of the Natural Blackbutt timber patio, exposed brickwork and external cladding in Surfmist give the impression of harmoniously colliding worlds. The Matt Black finish of the Aluminium framed sliding door, sets you up for more contrasts as you step inside. The Matt Black finishing continues both in the kitchen and bathroom where the cabinetry handles, Senza kitchen, bathroom and shower mixers and of course the window framings, create an inviting contemporary contrast with interior Greyology wall and skirting finish.

The kitchen cabinetry seamlessly blends Classic White Matt & Natural Oak Matt cabinetry, which harmoniously flows with the Midnight Oak Natural laminate flooring and interior finishing. The walkthrough kitchen features a custom kitchen splashback window which adds a touch more class and light to the space. It also features all the latest Artusi appliances to spoil any prospective tenants.

Inside the master bedroom, tenants are treated to two spaced windows that feature roller blinds in Vivid White. While the master bedroom is also proportionally larger than the second bedroom, both bedrooms are comfortably sized so no tenant will ever feel like they are missing out. They also feature equally sized built-in sliding fully framed mirror sliding door wardrobes, ceiling fans and cozy berber grid carpet in Viking.
