The client had been tossing up whether to renovate his house, but after deliberation he decided that a more cost-effective option would be to build a custom granny flat on the land and rent out the main dwelling.

The two bedrooms both have mirrored built-in wardrobes and feature bamboo flooring, which is continued into the living areas.

The kitchen is finished in a stunning white polyurethane, which offers higher levels of durability and hardiness than other options. The cabinets have sleek and streamlined silver handles, with inbuilt modern appliances and finished off with high quality stone benchtops.
