We were thrilled to open the paper recently and see our award winning granny flat, the Silverdale, featured as Home of the Week in the Newcastle Herald Home & Garden Section.
The article showcased our newest display home, The Silverdale, which recently won the Newcastle Master Builder Association Granny Flat of the year 2018 award.
This display granny flat demonstrates how the definition of a granny flat is changing. The Newcastle granny flat feels like a small home, so we created a flow right from the front façade entrance through to the rear of the granny flat. This granny flat also features a double skillion roof and oversized eaves to add to the aesthetics of the design whilst being functional in summer and winter.
