The custom designed Thornleigh granny flat has two bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and a light and airy bathroom with a shared laundry.

We installed a high quality polyurethane kitchen with stone bench tops, as well as a stylish stainless steel canopy rangehood.

The front entrance makes an impact with an extra wide stained feature entrance door with frosted glass highlights.

All living areas and the bedrooms feature bamboo floors, with a dark grey tiled floor in the bathroom.

As an added benefit for the tenants, this granny flat also has an attached single garage incorporated into the design.

As part of our building process for this project the Backyard Grannys team also completed a large excavation of the site and built a substantial retaining wall to enable the granny flat to be built.
