We designed the exterior of this Newcastle granny flat with the combination of horizontal and vertical James Hardie Scyon Linea and Matrix cladding. We painted them two different colour tones to accentuate the different textures they offer.

As you walk into this granny flat the main living area has a raked ceiling complete with four highlight windows. The added windows offer a greater sense of space as we use the height of the ceiling and the natural light from the windows.

The galley style kitchen was designed for you to look over to the dining and living room and feels like a spacious home. This spacious kitchen features Laminex cabinetry with a waterfall end stone bench top and a splash back window!

We have thought of everything in this gorgeous design including an oversized internal laundry cupboard which can fit a laundry tub, washing machine and dryer and still has additional storage space available.

Depending on your size of land and personal taste, you have the ability to add on front and rear patios in whatever size suits you, with privacy screening as well.
